The FOXSI Science User Manual describes how to obtain and analyze FOXSI sounding rocket data.

This manual is applicable to data from the FOXSI-1, FOXSI-2, and FOXSI-3 experiments. Starting with FOXSI-4, new data acquisition systems and processing software were implemented. Documentation and data access for FOXSI-4 is coming soon!

Data Analysis Software

Our GitHub houses our analysis tools, which can be used to reduce and analyze data from FOXSI launches. Please refer to the FOXSI Science User Manual to install the software.

Currently in this set of repositories you can find software that will help you analyze data from FOXSI-1, FOXSI-2, and FOXSI-3 flights. FOXSI-4 repos remain private while we finish developing our code.
